Examination Instruction (Summary)

  1. Students will receive an official admission permit 5-7 days prior to the commencement of the examination and must retain the admission permit for the duration of the examination.
  2. The cost of a duplicate copy of an admission permit is R 10.00 – payable at the cashier of the relevant campus. The examination office will issue a duplicate admission permit when presented with proof of payment.
  3. Students must ensure that all outstanding monies owed to the college are paid up before the commencement of the examination as this could result in the delay of releasing examination results.
  4. Students should consult the notice boards on the day of the examination to familiarize themselves with the exact venue and allocated seat number.
  5. Students must be seated 1 hour minutes before the scheduled time of the examination.
  6. You must show your ID document and examination permit in order to be admitted to an examination session.
  7. No cellular telephones, bags, notes, books, textbooks or any other form of luggage or written material will be allowed into the examination room.
  8. Students must provide their own stationery. Kindly ensure that this equipment is in good working condition.
  9. Only prescribed calculators may be used.
  10. You must remain seated for the first 60 minutes of the examination.
  11. You may not leave the examination room during the last 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
