I want to change the course I applied for.
You can change the course by cancelling the incorrect course on the portal, then reapply for the correct one. Make sure that this is done within the application period.
I have changed my contact numbers (telephone and/or email address), how do I log into the portal?

I’m struggling to load documents on the portal.
Please ensure that your documents are in a PDF format. You may visit any campus for assistance if the problem persists.
My documents were rejected, what could be the reason?
Check if the documents are clear (eligible) and certified (not older than 6 months). Also check the sms/email sent with the reasons for rejection.
I won’t make it on the date the campus invited me for registration, can I come on any other day?
Remember if you do not come on the date for registration, you will forfeit your space.
I applied for different courses, and I was pre-enrolled for my second option.
What should I do?
As soon as you accept the registration offer, the other option will automatically be cancelled.
I applied at your college and now my other applications have been cancelled. Why is that?
Once you are registered at our college, it will cancel all other applications that are on your portal.
I missed the application period; how do I apply?
Visit the campus to record your details on the walk-in register. The walk-in register is processed in the event where there are available registration spaces.
What is a placement test?
It is a test used to evaluate an applicant’s general knowledge and proficiency in line with the various courses offered at the college. The results of the tests are used to offer career advice, on-course support and exit support.
Is it compulsory to write placement test?
Yes, all new students should write the placement test on Step 1, before they can proceed to register at the college.
Do I have to pay an application fee?
The college does not charge an application or registration fee. However, should you not qualify for NSFAS or other financial aid, then you will have to pay 50% deposit of the class fees upon registration.
I want to register for exam only and is not showing on the online portal?
Visit the campus to facilitate this registration.
I was not registered for the last Semester/Trimester, do I need to apply online?
Yes, if you had a gap between the registration cycles you will need to apply online.
