As of April 2016, it has become compulsory for all suppliers conducting business with public entities to be registered on the Centralised Supplier Database (CSD)

The college is in the process of cleaning up its supplier database after realizing that most of the registered suppliers are dominant.

Westcol TVET, pursuant to the CET Act, 16 of 2006 as amended and PFMA Act in conjunction with the Supply Chain Management regulation (2005) invites all CSD registered suppliers to be captured on the Westcol Supplier Database.

Please note that it is the responsibility of current and new service providers to ensure that their registration with CSD remains current, relevant, and updated annually.

The current active suppliers are requested to send updated documents to the college during the opening of the application period (23 March 2026 until 30 April 2026)

Service providers are limited to registering for a maximum of 3 commodities (principal

business activities) that are in line with their area of specialty. Please refer to the VENDOR

APPLICATION form on the website – www.westcol.co.za

Please submit the following documents:

• CSD registration summary report

• Tax Status

• BBBEE certificate

• Westcol Vendor application document (available on the website)

• SBD 4 (available on the website)
